Trust….

Trust is letting others know your feelings, emotions and reactions, and having the confidence in them to respect you and to not take advantage of you. Also opening yourself up to let others in on your background, problems, concerns and mistakes with the assurance that they will not ostracize you because of these things.
Trust has always been a personal sore spot for me. I often found myself in situations where I was afraid of giving trust to someone, thinking they had to earn it first. Trust was also easily lost if someone hurt me or did something to me.
When I learned to trust myself (trusting my instincts, my subconscious, and my own personal abilities), I learned that I could also trust myself to find trusting situations. I realised that all those problems I ran into, in which I felt trust became an issue, were all generated by my own initial lack of trust. When I began trusting myself, I was also able to trust my ability to avoid untrustworthy people, sense those who were trustworthy, and even trust my own actions! It’s amazing what a little-self-trust can do! :)

MUSIC…

Music is meant to be a joyful, delightful sensation. But unfortunately, mankind also saw that, in addition to happiness, music can also express sorrow. Sad songs have been with us for ever it seems, but with the advent of pop music, sad songs just got more prominent.
When you ask someone the question “what is music for you”, the first thing that they think is: a mixture of rhythm or dance tunes. That answer is certainly correct, but if we go deeper than that, we could find other uses for music. We could use music, for example, to concentrate more on something, to relax ourselves, or even to let our innermost thoughts and feelings come to the surface.
It is vitally important to listen to music that uplifts us. When words and music are combined, I believe they express our deepest thoughts and feelings. What we can’t understand in words, we can understand in music. Words alone, many times, can’t express the true feelings that are meant, but music and words put together can touch the hearts and souls of people.:)

Cheers for Tea!!!

Everyone drinks tea but not everyone knows how amazingly good it is for battling stress. Green and White teas in particular are extremely good for your health.
Tea is full of antioxidants and does wonders for stress levels on many different levels. One study has shown that people who drink tea are actually happier than those who do not. They are also less likely to get cancer and some other serious illnesses.
There are many definitive physiological reasons as to why tea helps stress. Chinese doctors have known it for thousands of years and now western science is backing up those claims with evidence that a cup of tea can suppress a hormone in the body that causes stress.:D
