“scary,nice and cool experience”

- Rock my world!

This picture was taken at our office. The assigned security guard on that day allowed me to experience handling it. It was really a scary, nice and cool experience for a fact that it was my first time to hold a gun and not just only a gun but a SHOTGUN Armscor 12 GA instead. Being a secretary of a Security Agency they have thought me some guidelines about holding a gun especially a shotgun. As with any other dangerous weapon a shotgun should be handled with extreme care. While holding a shotgun it should either be up in the air or down at the floor. Never ever point it at anybody whether you think it is unloaded or loaded. There are too many stories where people thought the gun was unloaded and thought they could play a joke. Another smart idea is always have your safety on. A safety can be either on the trigger or on some shotguns on top of the gun. Keeping the receiver open is a smart idea because it lets you know that the gun is empty. As with any other methods of shooting I want you to always go to a professional safety course to make sure that you understand what the rules are and what to be careful of and what to watch out for.
