CCTP First Batch

blog-info-21
We are the first batch of Call Center Training Program (CCTP) of Informatics Malolos Branch to be specific Communication Skills and American Accent Training..Here at our training period INFORMATICS provided us the following learning objectives– Identifying and correcting common errors in grammar, gaining familiarity of more acceptable idiomatic expressions and phrases and using them in the right context, demonstrating clarity of speech through the application of basic pronunciation and accent rules also enhancing active listening skills.
At first we are all very quiet (ssshhhsss.) because Ms. Mhei our instructor the one beside me on that picture, prohibited us to speak tagalog..We know that there’s a lot to learn so we just made it enjoyable as possible. Everyone was afraid to talk, but we are required to speak in english..As you can imagine, it was some kind of funny thing..hehe..But later on, we got used to it..Then we naturally communicate with one another without getting shy on what might words or right sentence will come out..With helping one another, we eventually feel comfortable talking english..But the important thing is to listen well and sound good..That’s really make sense..Anyway, its just like..Practice makes perfect.. :-P
