Enjoy the beauty around you. Hold on to love for it is life’s greatest gift of all, for it shares, cares, and gives meaning to life. Hold on to all that you are and all that you have learned, for these things are what make you unique. Don’t ignore what you feel and what you believe is right and important. Hold on to your dreams and achieve them diligently and honestly. Never take the easy way or surrender to deceit. Remember others on your way and take time to care for their needs. Have the courage to see things differently and clearly. Make the world a better place one day at a time and don’t let go of the important things that give meaning to your life. There is always hope,there is always an answer,there is always a helping hand. Every day is a new Beginning.

A lot of people want them to be their gay best friend because they are bloody hilarious the thing they say and I myself is really a good friend of this two gays. I can connect with gay people really well because i understand them very well. I like hanging out with them and i enjoy every minute being with them for they won’t give you dull moments.
Homosexuality, is morally neutral. We of all sexual orientation deserve equal rights. Nowadays, we have accepted homosexuality as a normal and natural sexual minority. The Philippines is the most tolerant country toward gays and lesbians. Gays can attend Sunday Mass, take Holy Communion, can even get married by a priest or a minister. Truth is, Filipino gays and lesbians are so free, if not spoiled, and organized, in our country. They can hold their own fashion show, they have their own dance and singing groups, and have already created their own gay lingo.
If gays are bashed and looked down upon, how come we have successful gay doctors and nurses, gay teachers, gay actors, actresses, directors, journalists, designers, chefs, TV hosts, priests, politicians? In every decent professional field, there is almost always a gay. And what is Philippine media, especially television, without gays? It will be empty, boring and in black and white. No doubt about it—gays came, saw and conquered.
Finally, gays are making a difference in our lives because, like it or not, they have become role models for our young. Whatever, gay people are awesome.

If you have too much on your mind it is very hard to roll over and sleep. Try to leave all your worries in the office, the sitting room, or for another day. You do not want bags under your eyes. If you are away from home, jet-lagged, and don’t know what the time is, close the curtains and your eyes and try to relax. Make the room dark and cosy, and choose a bed that is soft and comfy. Even listen to a tranquil music. If all fails, read till your eyes are too droopy and tired to stay open. However gorgeous you are, everyone needs to make sure they get the correct quota of beauty sleep. Ideally this is eight hours a nights so that you are ready to fight another day with style.
