Starting a new relationship..
- 2009-07-31 (Fri)
- Life on its own

Be yourself and be real. See people for who they are and not for who you want them to be or who you are afraid they are.. Be aware of yourself. Recognize your attraction to people, understand what you are attracted to in them and have a choice in what you will do about it..Do not let anyone trample over your emotions. Know and respect your boundaries and communicate when they are crossed or endangered. And be clear about your definition of an ideal relationship and be able to assess if a potential partner has the capacity to create that kind of relationship.

Marriage…

A wedding is the ceremony in which two people are united in marriage.
Exchanging rings may be the oldest and most universal symbol of marriage in the western culture. The ring’s circular shape represents perfection and never-ending love. The rings are exchanged during the wedding ceremony and according to tradition, symbolize the love, faithfulness and commitment of the marriage union.
Marriage is a process much like a cafeteria — you carefully look over the choices, select what looks the best — and pay later; is much like a pair of shears, so joined so the parts cannot be separated, often moving in opposite directions, yet always punishing anyone who tries to come between them; and most specially an investment that pays big dividends if you manage to keep up the interest.

- sounds good to be true?

Give you eating habits a welcome change show carbs some love.
You can have more rice as long as you regulate your sodium intake. Like sugar, sodium is a powerful appetite stimulant. Limiting your sodium intake will make you appreciate the natural taste of food — as a result, you’ll enjoy and be satisfied with consuming only moderate portions. So, enjoy your carbs’ natural flavor, and skip adding bloat-causing salt.
