One of the things which separate those who have an easy life, lots of money, influence, friends, sex partners, fun, and so on is charisma and the ability to persuade people. Some people have this ability naturally. Others need to learn it.

The conversational hypnosis which means the ability to influence the minds of others through conversation, whether it be 1-on-1 or include more people.

This is also known as covert hypnosis as you’re exerting a hypnotic like influence over the minds of others without them knowing about it. This isn’t that sinister, of course, as you can’t make someone do something which is against their nature but you can still make them think things and agree to things that they wouldn’t have done in all cases.
