WATER makes up70% of our body and we need 8-10 glasses a day to keep our skin hydrated and digestive system working well. When we lack water, toxins can build up on our system causing constipation, acne flareups, fatigue among other ailments.
Drink a tall glass of water immediately upon arising. Drink another glass about 15 minutes before meals and again two hours after a meal. Have 1 last glass before going to bed. In a few short weeks, you’ll be amazed at how dewy and youthful your skin looks.. ;)

Pure simple and honey is the best facial mask known to man. To open the pores, place a cloth in warm water and apply to your face. Put honey all over your face avoiding eye area, and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, then use cold water to close the pores. Use this once a week for a great effect..;)
